A look ahead to what’s coming in 2025…

2025 is set to be a big year for Arcadia – our first full year as Arcadia! Here are some titles were really, really looking forward to:

January – North is the Night

Just published at the beginning of the year. If you’ve been waiting for the next Naomi Novik… wait no more.

February – Kiss of the Basilisk

The steamiest romantasy you’ll ever read. No, really. Prepare yourself for sexy snakes.

March – The River Has Roots

You won’t want to miss Amal el-Mohtar’s first solo outing: lyrical, tender and absolutely unforgettable. And beautifully illustrated!

April – The Never List

A why-choose romantasy certain to linger in your mind long after you’ve finished the novel… After all, why choose one prince when you can have them all?

May – The Malevolent Eight

Sebastien de Castell’s band of maverick do-badders are back, and this time they’ve brought a vampire kangaroo.

June – Wearing the Lion

John Wiswell’s reimagining of the story of Hercules is about friendship, found family, and forgiveness. Prepare to weep.

July – The Bewitching

Folk horror, dark academia, witchcraft and Silvia Moreno-Garcia’s trademark spellcasting. You won’t want to miss it.

October – When There Are Wolves Again

Station Eleven meets the climate crisis in the next novel from the award-winning author of The Coral Bones. Not to be missed.

November – The Blackfire Blade

The Silverblood Promise heralded the debut of epic fantasy’s next great author; he’s back with the sequel in November with a book that’s all action from beginning to end.

November – Our Lady of Blades

Sebastien de Castell’s other series, the Court of Shadows, returns in a stand-alone adventure: expect swordplay, wordplay, and, uh, play-plays (as in acting. Lots of acting.)

And that’s just the start! Stay tuned for even more coming from Arcadia in 2025.
